stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity and better flexibility.

Good hygiene is practiced and expected. 

Please be freshly showered and do not wear any perfumes, lotions or colognes.

Long and soft glides: Stroking the nerves of the body area.

It is also known as stroking the nerves because it soothes them.

​Effleurage: Gliding strokes with the palms, thumbs and or fingertips
Petrissage: Kneading movements with the hands, thumbs and or fingers  
Friction: Circular pressures with the palms of hands, thumbs and or fingers
Vibration: Oscillatory movements that shake or vibrate the body
Percussion: Brisk hacking or tapping

Before the beginning the session, we will talk for a few minutes about what to expect, address

any concerns, then you will get comfortable and get on the massage table. The client has the option of

draping. I will begin with your head facing downward; massage your back, shoulders, gluteus, legs, feet, arms 

and release the tension from your fingers. 

Then you will turn on your side: massage your arms and legs will get massages. Afterwards (for 90 minute sessions),

you will turn on both sides. The session ends with you on your back: massage  your chest, sides, pecs, abs and legs.
